**Position Summary**

The **Warehouse Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing the receiving, picking, dispatch and inventory control of warehouse operation. Ensuring compliance and completing administration duties through NAV. They should ensure that all processes and procedures are within the safe operations of the Harris Farm Markets Warehouse and completed to agreed standards.

This role is 5 days a week (0700 to 1500) with availability on weekends where required.

**Key responsibilities**
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader in a warehouse operation within a fast-paced environment, ideally exposure to fresh food.
- Strong focus on safety, compliance and operational excellence.
- Expertise in warehouse management; specifically ensuring accurate receiving, storing, dispatching and quality of goods.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and delivery of efficient logistics operation.
- Manage rosters and ensure adequate staff / resources (incl. forklifts) are available at all operation times.
- Support the Warehouse management ensure all employees are trained, qualified and competent in assigned roles
- Experience within the Supply Chain and Transport environments.
- Strong self-motivation, drive & initiative.
- Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills, confident in using MS Office and WMS.

**Skills Required**:

- Relevant industry qualification such as a Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations is desirable.
- Holds a current forklift licence essential, LO (auto-picker) license desirable.
- Holds a current Driver’s Licence and willing to drive when necessary.
