MelbourneCH Racking Australia Pty Ltd is a fast-growing racking and displays company in
Australia. We are a multinational company based in China, providing racking services to
Australian retailers.

**PURPOSE**:
We are looking for a fulltime machine & forklift operator to operate our fully automated
production lines (very easy, NO TECHNICAL BACKGROUND NEEDED. WE WILL TRAIN
YOU) and forklift. When required, you may also need to install our products on site (we
will TRAIN you how to install as well) and assist the warehouse manager and other
warehouse staff with warehouse duties including the efficient receipt, storage, pick,
pack and dispatch of all CH Racking goods.
You will have the opportunity to obtain ongoing product and manufacturing lines
training and be working in a hands-on capacity as you contribute to our company goals.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**To be considered for this role, you must**:

- Be bilingual (Mandarin and English) with IELTS (or other equivalent academic

English tests) score 6.0+
- Be available for working 40 hours a week (7.30am to 4.00pm)
- Have your own reliable transport

**It is ideal if you have (but not a must)**:

- Previous picking and packing experience
- A current forklift license

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To operate fully automated production lines based on the operation manual
- To assist the warehouse team with relevant duties when required (i.e. preparing pick

slips, manifesting stock, loading and unloading transport vehicle, etc)
- To install products on site when required
- To master and follow relevant processes, procedures and policies of the company
- To maintain a safe, tidy and clean workplace at all times
- To help other team members as required
- Self-Motivated
- Can-do spirit

**MEASURES**:

- Delivery In Full and On Time (DIFOT): 99%
- Picking jobs accuracy: 99%
- Accidents and/or incidents: 0
- Damages in loading and unloading: 0
- Accurate recording of inwards goods

**ACCOUNTABILITY**:

- To support all policies, procedures and processes within the warehouse,

manufacturing plant and site
- To ensure the safe transfer of materials and safe measures of operations
- Accountable for the timely dispatch of all equipment to meet customer requirements
- Accountable for Health and Safety by,
- Taking care of their own health and safety
- For following all safety procedures and guidelines
- Reporting all hazards, incidents, near misses, injuries and illnesses
- Assisting with the investigation of incidents and recommending prevention

strategies
