We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators with a background in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing to join our clients in Dandenong South.
Shifts: day and afternoon shift (6AM- 2PM / 2PM - 10PM)
Rates: $32.31/$37.16
The role responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, following GMP and SOP guidelines.
- Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and maintain product flow through to packing.
- Ensure product quality meets specifications and complete related documentation
- Collaborate with teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Materials Handling
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and adhere to production plans
About You:
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Machine Operator in food or pharmaceutical settings
- Skilled in operating Flowwrappers, Lead Cartoners, and Propac machines
- Knowledge of HACCP and quality standards
- Strong English literacy and computer skills
- A team player with good communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Quick to learn, adaptable, and proactive
- Full working rights in Australia
