Overview
To grow our People and Change team, we are seeking a HR Advisor to partner with people leaders to shape the groups culture, drive high performance and develop talent and capability across the group. You will provide advice and support around key people-related initiatives and processes, as well as facilitating the employee lifecycle ensuring a positive experience for all future and current team members.

Established in 1991, Madison Group Enterprises employs over 160 people across Australia and New Zealand and is comprised of businesses that specialise in the design, development and distribution of leading connectivity products and technologies. Our businesses MadisonAV, Madison Connectivity Solutions, Madison Express, Madison Technologies and Kallipr have expertise across a broad range of communication, wireless, audio visual, industrial IT and IoT disciplines.
This role sits within our Business and Commercial Services team (BCS) who work across the entire Group to deliver a high standard of services and expertise across corporate functions including Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management and People and Change.
The opportunity
To grow our People and Change team, we are seeking a HR Advisor to partner with people leaders to shape the groups culture, drive high performance and develop talent and capability across the group. You will provide advice and support around key people-related initiatives and processes, as well as facilitating the employee lifecycle ensuring a positive experience for all future and current team members.
This includes
Develop effective business relationships with people leaders by providing generalist HR advice and solutions aligned with the overall Groups Strategic Plan and People Strategy
Act as the primary service provider in People and Change for your client groups, ensuring that consistent people practices are in place
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of HR programs and policies
Manage the recruitment process for your client group and ensure the successful onboarding of new team members
Provide advice and assistance on performance counselling initiatives or grievances and facilitate resolutions or strategies
