**Your Impact**:
**Key Responsibilities include**:
As the point of contact for Talent Acquisition Partners, build and maintain trusted advisor relationships across Goodstart to foster collaborative decision making and hiring decisions that result in quality hiring to Goodstart values in line with Talent acquisition governance
Lead strategic sourcing talent acquisition discussions with key stakeholders, and the wider Centre Support Teams as required
Utilise critical thinking to proactively communicate, engage and advise Talent Acquisition Partners to support hiring activities in their relevant portfolio
Demonstrates strategic sourcing mindset through effective use of technology, proactive talent sourcing including Boolean searches to create, build and maintain talent networks and talent pipelines (including Success Factors, Linkedin, SEEK Talent Search) and other external databases.
Build and maintain aligned talent pools/pipelines
Nurture and foster talent pool relationship management (including inclusion and diverse talent pools)
Maintains high level of data integrity required for reporting through HR systems and talent networks and talent pipeline management
