**Job Description**:
We currently have a great opportunity for YOU to accelerate your success by joining our Workplace Management Services team. This 'hospitality style' division of Colliers is designed for premium corporate occupiers that desire best in class service for their guests and employees. We create, curate and manage workplace experience

Our client is looking for an experienced Workplace or Corporate Services Team Leader who will push the boundaries of traditional hotel service and deliver this high-level customer service in their corporate environment.

Working alongside our client, the primary responsibility is in delivering an exceptional service experience for the client and their stakeholders across two key sites in the Sydney and Parramatta CBDs. Your focus is the delivery of a range of corporate services and workplace functions; with the support of a team operating in a busy multi-site environment this role is customer service focused and provides support to the broader account.

You will be a self-starter, be able to think on your feet to problem solve and have demonstrated the ability to drive customer excellence and lead teams to deliver service-related results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the client and guest experience is exceptional and training the team to deliver this service
- Establishing and continuously developing strong relationships with the Client and stakeholders of the business
- Providing Operational Support; specifically ensuring compliance standards are adhered to and understanding the business needs and priorities
- Assisting with the management and maintenance of our client’s modern in house technology and premises
- Providing people leadership, mentoring and coaching to members of your team
- Overseeing mailroom operations, ensuring accurate sorting and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this challenging role, you will require**:

- Leadership experience in high end service environments such as premium hotels or corporate environments
- Highly organised with exceptional English and clear communication skills.
- Service focused background with a natural ability to manage multiple areas of service and promote a 5-star customer experience
- Leadership skills with a passion for empowering the team by influencing and coaching them to success
- Mailroom oversight/management experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
- Polished personal presentation
- Availability for a 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday roster
