**Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Design and Digital Publisher who will join a fun, supportive and collaborative team. In this role you will be responsible for:

- Formatting and finalising all e-learning materials and content in accordance with company styles and corporate branding, primarily using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat

**Responsibilities**
- Produce and format quality learning materials according to template style
- Liaise directly with the course coordinators to ensure schedules and production priorities are achieved
- Manage content in Moodle, including uploading resources and using basic HMTL to publish content
- Ensure all documents produced are accurate and meet branding requirements and client specifications
- Maintain content and workflow through web-based content management systems
- Design graphical elements incorporating figures, tables and icons for online publishing

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in desktop publishing and/or digital design in a corporate/education environment (essential)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Basic HTML and CSS skills
- High level attention to detail
- Experiencing in designing material for print and online delivery
- _Experience using Moodle or similar (desirable)_
- _Experience using Equella, SharePoint or similar (desirable)_
