If you're enthusiastic about innovative approaches to problem-solving, we would love to speak with you about joining our team SentinelOne is seeking an Area Vice President, to be responsible for managing a regional team of sales representatives covering Australia and New Zealand. Success in this role is dependent on the ability to implement and manage an effective sales strategy and operational program and cadence. This includes working to build strong, productive relationships with prospects, customers, and within the team; recruiting and onboarding new customers; and focusing on growing new business opportunities. **What will you do?** - Lead a regional team of sales representatives - Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base within your region - Develop account and territory plans with tactical execution to gain wallet share from existing customers and market share from the competition. - Establish and maintain key customer relationships - Execute on a partner plan to drive incremental revenue through the channel - Partner with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success and Support to close deals, drive revenue and adoption - Work closely with marketing and product teams to design and implement successful Lead Generation and Go-to-Market campaigns, whilst driving overall sales excellence in a competitive market. - Responsible for employee development to create our next generation of sales leaders. **What experience and knowledge should you bring?** - Prior experience selling security-based products (such as malware/exploit prevention, anti-virus, whitelisting as well as advanced data loss protection products) - 10 years of above-quota sales experience, preferably as a Regional Sales Executive/Director selling endpoint security solutions - Enterprise-level sales experience with an actionable Rolodex of decision-makers - Experience with growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace - Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally - Ability to engage with a variety of technical and business leaders - Superb organizational and reporting skills - "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance SentinelOne is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
