Advantaged Care at Edensor Gardens is our beautiful brand new 143 bed aged care residence located in Edensor Park (Fairfield Area). The residence brings an unprecedented level of affordable luxury to Aged Care and is designed to create an inviting, comfortable, calm and peaceful environment for our residents and families to enjoy.

**We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our Edensor Gardens team on a full time time basis, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.**

**About the role**:
As the Maintenance Assistant, you will assist the Group Maintenance Manager with the day-to-day upkeep preventative / reactive maintenance of the facility (i.e., Grounds, building, fittings and equipment) through our electronic maintenance system. You will ensure a safe, clean facility that promotes person centred care for our residents.

- A sound knowledge of maintenance and facility upkeep
- Equivalent industry experience in a similar role desirable
- Self-motivated with an ability to work on their own and as part of a team
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise work load to meet deadlines
