**About the Role**:
Industry Supervisors are team leaders in the prison environment.
The roles require leadership, maturity, sound judgement and confidence in decision making, with developed capabilities to coach, mentor and motivate staff and prisoners.
With highly developed communication and negotiation skills, the prison industry supervisor leads and manages industry staff to achieve program and service outcomes in a multidisciplinary team and rehabilitative environment.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated commitment to work with staff, prisoners and other service providers in the delivery of an integrated, whole of prison program approach to reducing re-offending.
- Demonstrated knowledge of or qualifications in Commercial & Essential Industry sector, Industry Managers Manual and compliance.
- Good knowledge of OH&S policy and Procedures and Research & Development in an Industry setting
- An understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).

This includes evidence of three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).
