**Your new role**
As part of the Digital Disputes team at NAB, your main responsibilities will include:

- Specifically working in the recall stream, managing any payments that have come to the customers that need to be recalled.
- Take calls for all functions - BPAY, IB, MPP, ETPOS - relay information to other members of the team and action those relating to recall
- Can be cross skilled into other functions
- Taking inbound calls from customers who have been alerted via text or letter about the recall
- 10 to 20 calls per day, 6 to 8 minutes in duration
- Calls: updating customers on lodged disputes, providing customers with more detail surrounding the recall
- Navigating difficult conversations with potentially frustrated customers
- Back end tasks: manage the workflow, sending out SMS & letters, closing cases, returning funds if authorised
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
- Ability to multi-task

This position is a full time 12-month temporary assignment commencing on the 1st August, with the potential to extend or go permanent. You will be paid $31.25ph. You will have a hybrid working environment, in the office 2-3 days a week from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30-5:00pm. You will be based at 700 Bourke Street.
