About the Role
Provide technical/expert high-level advice and support to MSH researchers, clients and stakeholder regarding SSA requirements, in a complex and diverse environment, including resource and operational matters that are critical to the needs of the research study being undertaken.
Deliver and coordinate complex SSA activities; ensure timely review of SSA requirements of submitted research projects and make outcome recommendations to the delegated authority.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide leadership of an efficient, effective, consistent and professional client focussed service which promotes a commitment to MSH's strategic and Research Policy Framework through organisational communication strategies and messaging.
