**ActronAir is seeking a Project Sales Support superstar to join our head office team.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE...**

Reporting to the Project Sales Administration Manager, you will step into a high-paced sales support role where no two days are the same.

To be successful in this role you will have the skills to multitask and be prepared to embrace a challenge. This varied role requires someone who is driven and likes to deliver client satisfaction.

**In this role you will be responsible for Commercial Sales Support**:

- Preparing quotes & tenders in accordance with customer requirements meeting specified deadlines
- Tracking and following up on all targeted quotations, recording results and feedback from customers into the database
- Interpreting mechanical specifications prior to selecting equipment or providing options to the customer
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales through the promotion of supplementary and additional products / services to customers
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries both over the phone & in person
- Provide information and documentation to customers.

**ABOUT YOU...**

You have great time management and organisational skills, can work autonomously, focusing on quality, delivering a high-level customer experience, whilst enjoying building customer relationships.

Ideally, you’ve worked in a similar role within the HVAC, Building / Construction or related industry, but this is not essential. You will be able to work with mínimal supervision and be willing and able to use your initiative. You have the ability to work under pressure, sometimes managing tight deadlines as well as varied tasks simultaneously. Further, you will have great diplomacy skills with a positive attitude.
