**Position Overview**

A leading retailer in the tools and trades sector is seeking a motivated Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant. This position provides an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in a vibrant and diverse environment. **Responsibilities**
- Engage actively with customers on the shop floor to drive sales.
- Provide advice and detailed information on a wide range of products.
- Process transactions and handle customer orders using the POS system.
- Manage bookings for customer repairs and ensure timely dispatch.
- Stay informed about new products and promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Assist in merchandising, stocking, and creating promotional displays.
- Essential Experience / Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of tools and previous experience in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using retail sales systems, with Pronto experience being a plus.
- Capable of handling cash and card transactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a neat presentation of the store.

**Desired Experience**
- Demonstrated ability to exceed customer expectations and actively promote products.
- Availability to work flexible hours across all store opening times, including weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
