**Join Our Team as a Menu Monitor**

Become an integral part of our Food Services team and make a meaningful impact on the well-being of our patients.

In this casual role, based in Epworth freemasons, East Melbourne, you will be responsible for meeting with patients and or family for all their meals/ menu choices and dietary needs. You will be part of the Food services team and report to Food Services Supervisor and Hospitality Services Operations Manager

**You will make an impact by**:

- ** Meet with patients** to discuss meal options and dietary needs.
- ** Ensure accurate dietary information** is provided to the kitchen team.
- ** Enter meal choices** correctly into the Delegate (food delivery system).
- ** Handle patient complaints** and work to find effective solutions.
- ** Collaborate** with the kitchen, food services team, and ward nurses to ensure smooth operations and high patient satisfaction.

**To be successful in this role**
You will need similar experience in a hospital setting, ideally having used Delegate (food delivery system). Strong PC skills and great communication, not only for patients but with kitchen, food service team and ward nurses

You will have:

- ** Experience** in a hospital setting (ideally using Delegate or similar food delivery systems).
- ** Strong communication skills**—both written and verbal.
- ** Excellent PC skills** and the ability to navigate various software systems.
- A **team-oriented attitude** with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- ** A genuine passion** for making a positive impact on patient care and satisfaction.
