**About The Role**
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of People & Culture, APAC will be responsible for leading People & Culture team across Australia, New Zealand and India. You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and People Team across APAC to continue to execute our people strategy. You will be responsible for fostering and growing our culture and leading our People and Culture team through change and transformation across Talent Management, Reward, Engagement and Operations.
**Responsibilities**:
Whilst we expect all our teams to do what needs to be done to demonstrate their support of Bravura Solutions, below are some specific aspects of your role for which you will be responsible:
- Manage, lead, support and coach the APAC People and Culture team.
- Contribute to the People and Talent strategy aligned with future business goals and based on the Bravura values.
- Partner with the Global Reward, Talent and Operations team to deliver meaningful business outcomes and people experiences for all Bravura team members.
- Lead local People & Culture teams through annual people cycles across APAC, ensuring people leaders are equipped with the knowledge and tools in creating a highly engaged working environment.
- Initiate change projects and improvements within the APAC People and Culture team, ensuring legal compliance and best practice based on local legislation.
- Lead restructuring activities (as required) including management of headcount, restructure process, risk mitigation, communication to leaders and present at regional forums.
- Attend and contribute to the APAC leadership team meetings, offsite workshops, monthly executive review and present the APAC people and culture agenda. Attend occasional global team meetings outside of normal business hours.
- Ensure leaders are supported on people management and aware of responsibilities regarding fair and consistent opportunities at work.
- Contribute to the review, updating and approval of internal polices and manage audit activities.

- Experience as a Head of People & Culture or People & Culture Manager leading global teams or different business units in different geographies.
- Worked within a technology, software, financial services or professional services environment preferably in a regulated industry.
- Experience across areas of People & Culture including Change Management, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Performance, Diversity & Inclusion with examples of where you have made improvements in these areas.
- Strong business acumen, the ability to seamlessly transition from strategic thought leadership to operational delivery.
- Must have experience with transformation and change and quickly adapt to changing priorities, and support others through change.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, the ability to build relationships quickly and coach & influence at a senior level.
- Detail orientated with a high level of data accuracy and able to prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience building, leading, coaching, motivate and influence people across the organisation and positively challenge ways of thinking.
- Demonstrated understanding of People and Culture policies and procedures and discrete when dealing with sensitive matters.
- Knowledge of HRIS system, Workday is an advantage.
