Base pay range

A$200,000.00/yr - A$230,000.00/yr

We're partnering with a well-established and forward-thinking bank that's redefining what it means to support Australians through every stage of their financial lives. This newly created role will see you lead a team, drive market share growth within the professional services segment and optimize process efficiencies relating to various touchpoints of the loan lifecycle including credit assessment, servicing and collections.

About the Role

  • Responsible for shaping and delivering the national strategy across commercial lending and small business finance, predominantly pertaining to financial planning & mortgage broking customers
  • Drive change across operations and credit functions whilst developing a high-performing team
  • Scale the business to increase total book size and market share

About You:

  • Experience as a senior leader within business lending credit and/or operations is essential
  • Experience within business lending distribution is highly desirable
  • Ability to drive complex change initiatives
  • Strong understanding of business finance and relevant customer groups
