About Tombo Den:
Tombo Den is a moody, two-level homage to late-night Tokyo, set in the buzzing and eclectic heart of Chapel Street, Windsor. Helmed by Head Chef Dan Chan, the restaurant and sake bar’s offering of small plates delivers a playful, yet considered nod to the Japanese street food classics, with a centrepiece sushi counter and plenty of hero produce cooked over coals.

About the Opportunity:
Perform polishing duties and maintain cleanliness of the work area. We are looking for Polishers who possess a positive and motivated work ethic at all times.
- Ability to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- A positive “can do” attitude
