About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer (CPO).

In this role you will be responsible for providing a range of support services to the CPO that facilitate effective planning, execution of business and People & culture (P&C) strategies, executive leadership and management duties. You will enable a smooth, reliable, consistent and efficient environment for a wide range of day-to-day administration support activities.

What you’ll be doing:

- Maintain the CPO’s diary ensuring all meetings and appointments are coordinated and scheduled
- Deal promptly and comprehensively with all inquiries and correspondence, prioritising where necessary
- Provide effective liaison point between CPO, CEO’s office, Executive Team, P&C Leadership Team (PCLT) and the broader P&C team
- Work closely with the P&C Business and Planning Lead and/or team to ensure seamless running of the P&C function including supporting the delivery of P&C events
- Coordinate logistics of meetings and functions ranging from team meetings to conferences, events and presentations (both on and offsite location), including venues and planning, on behalf of the CPO
- Prepare agendas, minutes and actions, for circulation of information to participants (pre and post meetings) within agreed timeframes
- Arrange all aspects of the CPO travel, including flights, accommodation and meeting venues
- Prepare reports, documentation, correspondence and presentations for a variety of audiences, including but not limited to ET and ELT meetings, PCLT meetings, QBR’s and team planning days

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate an ability to prioritise, work at pace to tight deadlines, as well as be adaptable to work with changing priorities. You will be flexible to work on a wide range of tasks, whilst displaying a friendly, approachable and professional attitude. You will uphold confidentiality, whilst demonstrating a high level of business acumen and awareness.

What you’ll bring to the table:

- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders, preferably executive leadership
- Highly developed organisational skills and high level of initiative
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Excellent influencing skills across a range of stakeholders including executive, senior leadership and board level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
