We are looking for a **Finance Systems Leader** to join our Finance Transformation and Digital team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will lead the development and support of Lion’s key financial planning, consolidation, reporting and trade promotion management systems. You will play a key role in ensuring our key financial systems are running smoothly, as well has bringing your business insights and understanding of Best Practice to ensure we are maximising performance from our systems and driving change initiatives.

The role is hybrid, which means you’ll have the flexibility to work from the office and from home.

**A day in the life may include**
- Development and maintenance of Lion’s Financial planning and consolidation systems (Oracle Planning & FCCS), reporting
- Design, implement and maintain robust planning systems to support financial forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning processes and financial consolidations.
- Continually drive innovation, improvement and strategies to enable Finance to head towards leading-edge finance
- Development and maintenance of Trade Promotion planning and other use cases leveraging Anaplan
- Provide People Leadership to a team of two and one outsource provider

**What you’ll bring**
- Deep experience with core finance systems and technology
- Track record in driving change and delivering significant technology programs
- Demonstrated ability in building relationships and networks, business partnering and influencing peers and stakeholders at senior leadership level
- Oracle Planning Development experience or similar system
- Professional qualification in Finance or Technology
- CPA/CA would be advantageous
