**About the Opportunity**

Key responsibilities of the role:

- Loan Analysis - analyse inherent/residual risks including Compliance, Borrower Financial position, and Commercial considerations
- Loan Acceptance - providing appropriate loan solutions within DLA, and by exercising superior judgement aligned to Risk Appetite
- Borrower Experience - perform all individual duties within metrics, assist department meet all SLA expectations
- Compliance - with all Governing Legislation (NCCPA, ACC, APP PRIVACY, AML/CTF incl PEP and SMR) and RACV Finance Responsible Lending policy
- Audit - satisfactory or better Audit results for DLA use, Legislative & Policy Compliance, assist department achieve satisfactory external compliance audit results (KPGM, PwC)
- Training - ensure completion of CPD required hours as prescribed per ASIC Regulatory Guide 206 for staff engaged in Credit Activities, complete all periodic RACV training, and assist train stakeholders in Policy/Compliance
- Proactively remain abreast of Finance Industry news, and developments including changes to Legislation, Legal Rulings, Newsworthy articles
- Assist coach and develop Acceptance Officers in their core duties

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Lending Authority - Secured $60, 000 and Unsecured loans $20, 000 as a minimum
- 10 hours Career Professional Development training P.A.
- Knowledge of the settlement process well regarded
- Tertiary achievement in related disciplines; Finance, Business, Economics well regarded
- SSCE - HSC/VCE(VCAL)/QCE/SACE/WACE/TCE/NTCE
- Thorough product knowledge of Consumer and Commercial loan offerings (Market)
- Strong grasp of taxation practices of both Individual and Commercial/Corporate Entities
