Lending Business Analyst

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development of future state lending processes, working collaboratively with UX, product owners, and platform specialists.

As a skilled (Senior) Business Analyst with experience in loan origination and home lending, you will play a key role in simplifying products, streamlining onboarding workflows, and enhancing the customer experience across the lending lifecycle.

The role involves working within an Agile team to define requirements, drive discovery sessions, and ensure end-to-end process alignment. You will partner with other Business Analysts to identify and support the management of downstream impacts such as customer data and BI reporting.

This is part of a broader initiative focused on target state lending, with current and future state analysis already in motion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the lending or financial services domain.
  • Solid understanding and experience of loan origination, particularly home loans.
  • Exposure to the entire lending lifecycle from pre-approval through to settlement.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments working closely with Product Owners and UX designers.
  • Ability to support multiple streams of work in-flight while contributing to strategic future-state planning.
