- **About the Role**:
We have an exciting role available in an established community pharmacy in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. This pharmacy is focused on providing outstanding customer service to their local community and is looking for a friendly and experienced Retail Co-Ordinator to join their team. As a Retail Coordinator you will report to the Pharmacist Manager and will be responsible for the operation and performance of the retail business in the pharmacy. The retail team will report to you and support you to optimise the operation of the retail area of the pharmacy. This role will require you to liaise with the Buyer in the execution of the company’s merchandise and promotional strategies.
- You will have proven success in a previous role as a pharmacy Retail Manager
- You will have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, energy and initiative - a creative bent would be a bonus
- You will have solid retail experience and knowledge and be able to successfully manage and build a team, manage inventory and sees the customer experience as central to his or her efforts.
- You will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable disposition, and be able to build rapport with both customers and colleagues.
- An ability to speak Greek is a bonus but not essential
- You are looking for a long term role where they can make a real contribution to customers’ health and wellbeing.
- You will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

**About the Location**:
Located in a beach side suburb in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. approximately 13km from Sydney CBD. This suburb is easily accessible by bus and car.

**About the Offer**:
You will work full time hours, Monday to Friday only from 9am to 5pm, salary commensurate with experience and incentive bonuses if you reach KPI's at the end of the year,

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
