**About the role**

This is a 12 month fixed term contract Head Office position available within our Finance team based in Strathpine, Brisbane. You will be working closely with our store network and retail teams to assist with banking administration enquiries.
- Ensure that bank reconciliations are accurate and completed on a timely basis
- Provide support to our store network with regards to banking administration enquiries
- Ensure customer enquiries are actioned accurately and promptly
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
- Work closely with other teams to understand issues and develop solutions impacting bank reconciliations
- Ensure new store set ups are delivered in line with procedures and within agreed time frames

**You will bring**
- Your focus and high-level attention to detail will be key to your success in this role
- You will have previous Reconciliations and administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage with team members across all levels of our organisation
- Intermediate Excel skills
- An ability to multitask and meet deadlines, in a busy environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and grow with the business
