**About the role**
The Marketing Manager (Digital) will work collaboratively with the Director of Marketing and Admissions and the wider College marketing team to lead the website, social media and other platforms content strategy to ensure consistent brand presence and support the generation of high quality leads.
A key focus of the role is to lead the planning, creation and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies for domestic and international markets for both Sydney Institute of Business and Technology and Western Sydney University, Sydney City Campus.
The role will drive content creation and execution, including but not limited to websites, blogs, video scripts and social media platforms The Marketing Manager (Digital) will work in collaboration with the Marketing and Recruitment and the Navitas Communications teams to strengthen the institution’s brands and, tailoring value propositions for individual markets.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Content strategy**:
- Lead the content strategy on digital platforms, including the website and social media channels.
- Produce engaging video, photographic, and digital content across multiple digital channels.
- Manage key social media channels; analyse results and present insights regularly.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to manage the social media calendar, incorporating key marketing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure day-to-day updates to both SIBT and Western Sydney University, Sydney City Campus websites, maintaining compliance.
**Digital Marketing and Lead Generation**:
- Develop and execute domestic and international digital lead generation strategies.
- Manage tracking and reporting to support conversion rates across the student recruitment funnel.
- Analyse the performance of all digital campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations.
**Communication & Reporting**:
- Provide frequent reports on digital marketing activities and recommendations for improvements.
- Liaise daily with team members and college marketing teams.
- Communicate changes and updates to Navitas staff as required.
- Document lead generation and conversion processes and workflows as needed.
**Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework governing marketing, sales, and admissions.
**Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with Navitas group marketing and other Navitas University Program Marketing colleagues to align strategies and share best practices.
**SEO and SEM**:
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase website visibility and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
- Manage PPC campaigns and analyse their effectiveness.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop automated workflows for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Analyse the performance of automated campaigns and optimize as needed.
**Analytics and Reporting**:
- Utilise digital marketing analytics tools to track performance and measure ROI.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies.
- Create and present detailed reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
**Brand Management**:
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to support marketing efforts.
- Monitor and manage online brand reputation
