**Position Summary**

The PSG Ebsray Supply Chain Manager is a key member of the Ebsray management team and will report to the General Manager. The role is responsible for procurement, process excellence, analytic and decision support, outsourcing/in sourcing, strategic/BVC (Best Value Country) sourcing, category management, supply base development and management. This individual is responsible for ensuring the supply continuity (quality and delivery) of purchased parts, components, assemblies and services and ability to deliver cost savings and avoid cost increases at the TCO (total cost of ownership) level. The role requires the individual to implement supply chain processes to support the business site to achieve customer OTD, optimise inventory, improve working capital, reduce cost and drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives. This person can effectively interact at all levels of the organization and align objectives cross functionally to achieve supply chain management goals.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Development and implementation of material cost reduction programs to support financial objectives of the business, with a major focus on metals, castings, critical outsourced completed components for both domestic and international suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier core competencies and identify strategic suppliers for long term partnerships.
- Manage all buying activities for bought in products, this will require hands on procurement for strategic suppliers and categories.
- In conjunction with the operations team, develop and implement standardised buying process for all purchased goods and services.
- Lead negotiation strategies that deliver against business objectives and achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.
- Manage buyers’ responsibilities including request for quotations, inventory levels, on-time deliveries, cost reduction projects, expediting, supplier relationship management and MRP system maintenance.
- Develop and implement a consistent approach, tools, and process for cross-functional supply chain analysis, driving alignment and consistency.
- Establish and implement appropriate metrics to measure departmental and supplier performance.
- Execute annual goals and objectives, in coordination with business objectives.
- Supplier management including negotiating contracts with suppliers, as well as performing research and selection to enhance profitability and reduction of operating costs.

**Your experience and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Purchasing, or APICS is desired or related experience in planning, sourcing, purchasing and supply chain or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional negotiation expertise.
- Exceptional organizational, project management and communication skills.
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work well with others in all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, hands-on and results driven.
- Adept at forging relationships and aligning team members and resources to achieve department initiatives.
- Ability to raise issues proactively and in a timely manner.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Extensive experience with negotiating terms and conditions (T&Cs), long term agreements (LTA), Pricing.
- Continuous improvement mindset - willingness to challenge the status quo while meeting the organization's goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated success translating data into actionable insights and improvement initiatives.

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
