**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a reliable team-player who is ready to join our amazing team, working within a values driven environment.

We have a variety of shifts available across Monday to Sunday including Public Holidays on a rotating roster. We are looking for individuals who are flexible and are willing to up-skill their talents to become the best they can be.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Complete all daily Front of House operations which includes though not limited to:

- Provide customer service across either the Café or the Function Rooms
- Welcome and greet incoming customers to the Café
- Prepare and generate customer orders, utilising knowledge in food and beverage preparation and barista experience
- Provide a high standard of customer service to all customers (internal and external) and stakeholders, whilst being a brand ambassador
- Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge re: food and beverage offerings to be able to explain, when asked by customers or stakeholders, how various menu items are prepared, describing in detail the ingredients and cooking methods of the item
- Provide both a la carte and take away service as required
- Follow Covid safe working practices as set out by the workplace

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in providing quality customer service
- Flexibility to work across all days of the week as needed
- Current certifications in Responsible Serving of Alcohol and Food Handling or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work successfully and productively within a team environment and independently
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- High level of presentation, strong work ethic and great attention to detail
- Knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations within a hospitality and/or café environment
