Food & Beverage Attendant – Functions Team
We are seeking experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to join our functions team and be a part of creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. Located in Rose Bay with breathtaking 180° views across our new ‘Bay Course’ and gardens, we offer a dynamic work environment that combines world‑class hospitality with sporting excellence.
About the Role
This is a part‑time position offering 15‑25 hours per week and requires availability to work during the week and on weekends including evenings and public holidays in line with event schedules.

- Permanent part‑time role: $26.71/hour – guaranteed weekly shifts, paid annual leave, paid sick leave, weekend/public holiday penalty rates

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain front- and back‑of‑house areas to a high standard
- Provide five-star service with professionalism and strong attention to detail
- Take accurate orders and ensure seamless service
- Assist with wine service and table presentation
- Maintain cutlery, linens, and table décor
- Ensure smooth, high‑quality function operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous F&B experience in high‑end hotels or function venues
- Friendly, positive and energetic disposition with exceptional presentation standards
- Experience in function/banquet service (3‑plate carry / 5‑plate clear desirable)
- Knowledge of wine and beverage offering
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise service and work under pressure
- NSW RSA Certificate and working rights in Australia
