Our Food and Beverage Attendants are the face of our business, and are key to ensuring the high-quality experience our clients have come to expect from a Wine & Dine’m event.

Overview of Role Duties & Requirements:

1. Deliver professional customer service
2. Provide food and beverage service
3. Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol
4. Apply effective communication skills.
5. Maintain clean and tidy service areas
6. Follow safe food handling procedures
7. Follow company health, safety, and security procedures
8. 1 Year minimum experience in similar role in restaurants, hotels, functions or events
9. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
10. Sound written and oral communication is highly regarded
11. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
12. Comfortability in high pressure events, always thinking forward
13. Good understanding of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
14. Experience and ability to take direction well and apply to day-to-day duties
15. Team player and able to work autonomously
16. Flexible approach and attitude
17. Physically fit and reliable
18. Provide food and beverage service to different styles of event e.g., Carry min 3 plates for dining events
