**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Your job as a Research Coordinator is one of the most exciting roles in the business.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Work with Brand Managers, Project Managers and Director of R&D to develop and implement various research projects for the different brands and products owned by Access Corporate.
- Source and connect with various research companies and institutions within Australia, NZ and internationally
- Compile and analyze data and write trial reports
- Represent R&D and marketing teams to work with research companies and institutions to develop clinical trial designs.
- Represent R&D and marketing teams to work with research companies and institution to develop protocol, budget, research plans and timelines
- Regularly monitor research projects, timelines and activities and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate sample products and other necessary tools and materials for clinical research projects
- Support R&D, marketing, sales and other teams to conduct on-line journal and database research for ingredients and other relevant info to help support product and ingredient functions and efficacy
- Analyse, review and provide suggestions for changes on the final research report and arrange secure storage of all study data and documents.
- Help write, compile and communicate relevant research results for different marketing and/or sales initiatives as required by brand.
- Help R&D as well as marketing teams to plan and budget all research activities both internally and externally for the next 3 years.
- Help to identify, source and research new ingredients, technology and manufacturing for all Access brands as required
- Provide regular updates to project manager on research projects to ensure the timelines are in-line with product launch
- Stay up to date with new research on current hero products and ingredients
- Help compile product technical information package with robust scientific evidence, in consumer language, to support marketing, customer service and distributors.
- Work with regulatory teams to ensure resulting research project claims has the potential to comply with regulatory standards for target markets
- Help to provide technical support on products to customer service teams, marketing and sales teams as required
