**LOTS 4 KIDS OT SERVICE Pty Ltd** is a well-established paediatric Occupational Therapy clinic located in Craigieburn, Melbourne. We are passionate about supporting children and their families, and we are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and enthusiastic **Occupational Therapy Assistant** to join our growing team

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic clinical environment, providing services to children aged 0-12 years across a range of developmental areas. The position is part-time to start, with flexible days and hours, and the potential to become full-time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the delivery of therapy sessions under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist
- Support children with gross motor, fine motor, sensory, and self-care (ADLs) development
- Participate in school/kinder/home visits as required
- Liaise with families, caregivers, and other professionals
- Prepare therapy materials and resources
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks including client bookings and reports
- Promote a child
- and family-centred approach to therapy

**About You**
- **Experience working with children** is highly desirable (6-12 months preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong **interpersonal and communication skills**:

- Ability to **adapt, learn quickly**, and work effectively under the guidance of an OT
- Strong **organisational and administrative skills**:

- A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives

**Essential Requirements**
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent qualification)
- Current OT students can also apply
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current National Police Check
- Full working rights in Australia

**Remuneration**
- Salary will be based on experience and relevant award guidelines
