**The Role**:
Park Concierge, is a newly created and exciting role at Umina's, NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort. You will join our team and create amazing experiences for our guests who are both young and young at heart..

This is a fixed-term 12 month contract position and will report to the Resort Manager and provide exceptional service to all guests, and support the Management and Front Office Hosts through guest communication and problem resolution. Through this role guests will discover in house activities and events as well as dining and attractions in the local area.

Key deliverables and responsibilities of this role include:

- Connecting with local vendors and merchants
- Exceptional knowledge of resort operations
- Exceptional knowledge of the local area
- Timely and friendly responses and resolutions to guest enquires and problems
- Ensure special requests are met where reasonable and possible
- Provide pre and post-arrival assistance to guests
- Lead guest experience meetings with the Management Team

- Exceptional Guest service skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail with a pro-active can-do attitude;
- Excellent communication skills and a confident ability to liaise with people in a professional and articulate manner;
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Experience in compiling and delivering timely, concise and accurate, reports, minutes and editorials;
- The ability to establish commercial relationships in order to drive guest experience;
- Accountability, honesty and integrity in all dealings with clients and personnel;
- Results driven;
- Drive and passion to continue to deliver and create guests experiences at a high level.
- An availability to work across weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
