**About the role**:
Work at Australia’s only Theme Park Resort Ensure optimum guest service standards are met whilst managing staffing levels. As the point of contact for guests arriving at Sea World Resort you will be responsible for meeting and greeting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and anticipating our guest
needs.

**Duties**:

- To ensure optimum guest service standards are met whilst managing staffing levels.
- Oversee the operation of all Concierge Services.
- Work within a given budget.
- Manage actual labour hours and costs within salaries & wages budget.
- Meet and greet VIP’s and facilitate their needs.
- Oversee the operation of all Concierge Services.
- Attend to guest requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction
- Be versatile and use initiative in responding to guest requests

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality essential
- Current Australian Drivers license essential
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working under pressure
- Physical requirements include but are not limited to: carrying, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing and twisting
- Available to work on any day including weekends, nights and public holiday
