**About the Role**
Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for vibrant and motivated individuals to join our journey in raising the standard of care provided to people living with a disability.

Our coordination team is a national team, responsible for the coordination of supports for their allocated states, territories & clients.
**We’re currently seeking a National After-Hours Coordinator, to coordinate supports for our clients and support workers outside of business hours.**

No two evenings in this role are the same.
**This role will be suitable for a flexible individual, readily available & on-call to action queries and requests ranging from low priority to urgent. This individual will need the skills required to think on their feet, de-escalate situations, cover vacant shifts, and work within a person centred & compassionate approach toward NDIS clients, and support workers.**

**This role will be a permanent full-time, work from home opportunity, with the exception of in office training, and infrequent attendance to team meetings, and work events**

The National After-Hours Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Coverage of vacant shifts and cancellations.
- Ensuring only workers with appropriate skills/experience are allocated to services.
- Maintaining & managing existing rosters of supports for clients.
- Building rapport with support workers, and clients to ensure continuity of care.
- Frequent, and consistent communication with support workers and clients.
- Providing in detail handovers to their team of coordinators.
- Escalating any concerns or incidents to management upon handover.

**About You**
- Minimum 12 months experience in Rostering/Coordination, preferably in the Disability Industry.
- Flexibility to attend in-office training, as well as attending office events and functions.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Person-centred focus in all communications and duties
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team.
- Experience meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check & Police Check
