**The Role**:
As a crucial member of our administration team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, whether over the phone or in person. Your responsibilities include creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Join us in playing a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the care they deserve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage client appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling.
- Collect and verify client information.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the practice.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Fantastic customer service skills.
