Hatch is supporting Accenture to find a great Workday Financials Consultant to join their Consulting and Professional Services team. **Seniority**

**Responsibilities**
- Organizational Design - Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
- Client Communication and Relationship Building - Communicate with clients and stakeholders to build relationships, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with services
- HR Process Management and Improvement - Implement and improve HR policies, technology and initiatives
