As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing strategic planning, managing stakeholder engagement, and providing expert logístical and capability assessments.

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

- Develop and continuously refine strategic registers and opportunity tracking systems.
- Manage contracts and engage with stakeholders on staffing, resources, and budget matters.
- Provide expert advice on future capabilities, identifying gaps and risks, to senior leadership.
- Support development of Modelling and Simulation Concept of Operations, and management of associated tasks and deadlines for delivery
- Advise on logistic impacts for future missions, including key resources and supply chain needs.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

- Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
- Understanding of military operations in the Air, Space and/or Joint domains
- Experience in operational or intelligence analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form. You must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TSPV clearance.
