Be a part of the team that is driving and delivering the changes required to prepare the enterprise for the new Breach Reporting Regime that came into effect on 1 October.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Working in tandem with key stakeholders (e.g. SME’s, legal, compliance, Regulatory affairs) to investigate potential Regulatory Breaches within the required timeframes
- Engage with Legal and Compliance to investigate potential breaches and table events at the Regulatory Event Forum (REF) where required
- Developing accurate and informative REF documentation to support decision making obtaining sign off from key stakeholders
- Support Executive Event Owners in managing potential Regulatory breaches and briefing them for REF
- When required, developing Regulatory notices and updates to inform the Regulator of relevant breaches and provide relevant updates
- Keep track of and monitoring regulatory commitments, ensuring ongoing updates are provided to the Regulator at critical points throughout the remediation.

**What you will bring**
- You may have strong experience working in within the wider Customer Resolution and Remediation team or come from a Product, Operations or Risk and Compliance background
- Experience investigating regulatory breaches and relationship management/engagement with the regulator
- Proven experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Effective communication skills to engage and influence across all levels and a variety of internal and external stakeholders
