At KPMG, our Bid Manager is working with the Salesforce Sales Director to source leads and move them into viable opportunities. Key areas of accountability:

- Build internal KPMG relationships with key sector leads
- Build external relationships with Salesforce key account executives
- Create a 'top of funnel' sales pipeline of leads ready to be qualified
- Ability to learn about multiple industries

**Your Opportunity
**Sales Strategy Requirements:
- Contribute and evolve our GTM Salesforce Sales Lifecycle Framework.
- Contribute and improve KPMG Sales Content Library
- Contribute to our Salesforce QA Framework to ensure sales and delivery are aligned
- Contribute and ensure our Internal KPMG CRM process is adhered

**Sales Day to Day Requirement:
- **Sales Acumen**:

- Exceptional account management experience with a focus on effective sales and communication strategies.
- Determine market development levels and prospects with the full sales life cycle considering the upper funnel, opportunity management through to closure and the sale.
- Ability to develop strong senior management relationships and understand and implement multilevel networking within the team.
- **Sales Lifecycle**:

- **Lead Generation**
- Ability to partner with KPMG internal stakeholders, key sector leads and Salesforce Account Executives to find new leads.
- Ability to review tender documents and understand clients' needs (customer, business, and technical requirements). Once validated then determine if this is moved from lead to opportunity.
- Ability to build new client relationships and position new Salesforce Solution Services.
- **Opportunity to Close**
- Lead and deliver high-quality proposals based on the industry, account, and solution strategy for the opportunity.
- Lead and present solutions back to the client with Salesforce presales architect and SMEs.
- Lead and nurture the opportunity through to close.
- Facilitate the finalise negotiation of deals and ensure internal processes are adhered with Sales Director and Partner.

**Your Experience
- Worked in a Tier 1 Professional Service Salesforce role for +3 years (Implementation and/or Sales)
- Developed presales material for large enterprise projects (focus on State or Federal Government).
- Ability to tell a compelling story and align back to client's requirements in a simple and concise message
- Ability to work to tight deadlines to meet client and internal timelines.
