**About the role**

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, training and supporting Council’s Strategic Asset Management Systems. On a daily basis you will be:

- Developing, implementing and operating Council’s (computerised) Strategic Asset Management Systems for infrastructure including maintaining its functionality to ensure that it provides high quality Strategic Asset Management Services
- Assisting with and coordinating aspects of policies and strategies for managing infrastructure and related services based on Councils AM Plans and Strategies
- Developing, managing, maintaining and continually updating Council’s Strategic Asset Management systems in order to provide accurate strategic asset planning and programs consistent with Council’s Long Term Financial Plan.
- Ensuring asset accounting and valuation is accurate and maintained.
