We now have an exciting opportunity for someone to drive, lead and develop our **Asset Management **capabilities across the Australian business. We’re seeking a consultant who will harness their ability to support business development to win, guide and deliver asset management projects across our business sectors.
Areas of value we are also seeking assistance and growth with are:
- Alignment with investment decision making, business cases
- Development of new integrated offerings across WSP to serve client demands.
In NSW, we are looking for a **Senior Consultant** to join our growing Sydney Strategic Asset Management team though the role can be based in **any of our capital city locations**.
**What we will love about you**
Ideally, you will possess or be able to demonstrate experience in most of the following areas or have a passion to develop your skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Industry experience in managing assets would be highly desirable
- Asset management qualifications such as CAAM or CAMA
- Ability to work effectively and communicate with people at all levels in the organisation
- Ability to work without supervision; effective time management and strong organisational skills
- An understanding of asset management across multiple industries
- A track record of successfully delivering asset management solutions to clients
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- An understanding of the requirements of ‘the project’ in a consulting environment
- An ability to generate new work from existing client networks
- Client liaison skills in order to build rapport, introduce new business, and establish long-term client relationships
- Committed to sharing knowledge and developing the skills of our staff
