Our Goal is to support clients to remain in their own homes and provide care and support services. Cockburn Care provides a vital service to the community and we are currently recruiting for new super stars to join our team.

**About the Role**

**We are seeking Support Workers at Level 2**

This rewarding and varied role provides support and care to older people living within the City of Cockburn.

Successful applicants will be required to assist people living in their own home with a variety of tasks including Domestic Assistance and Social Support and possibly Personal Care (additional training provided)

As a Support Worker you are required have a Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle. Mileage and travel time is reimbursed. Cockburn Care is currently seeking a support worker who has a can-do attitude, willing to learn and is adaptable. Training is provided.

**What you’ll need**
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker screening check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Fully vaccinated consistent with WA Health Directives
- Be highly organized, flexible and reliable
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

**Hours**: Ability to be flexible in work hours which may include Public holidays and weekends.

**Salary: $49,060 (Pro rata for part time/casual).** **Mileage and travel time between clients is paid each fortnight.**
