**Position Title**: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
**Location**: 256 Walcott Street, Menora
We are currently seeking a friendly and hard working indivudal to join our office team at Casson Communities
**About the business**
Casson Homes Inc has been providing supportive accommodation since 1922 for those marginalised and living with a mental illness. The Casson Communities division provides specialist mental health support to NDIS clients throughout the community.
**About the role**
You will be assisting the Community Manager, HR and Roster Clerk with a variety of office tasks. You will be responsible for taking phone calls, taking and relaying messages, assisting with roster building, communicating with clients/external stakeholders, file management and other basic tasks.
You will be based at our Menora office. The days are flexible but must make up 3 days between Monday - Friday.
**Skills and experience**
No qualification or specific experience is neccessary. You will recieve all the required training. However, you must be quite competent using computers, microsoft excel and be open to learning new systems.
communication skills, punctuality, good time management skills, and an ability to actively listen are essential.
**Position requirements**
- Own transport to and from work
- NDIS worker screening check (can be obtained after interview if successful)
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $23.16 per hour
