As we continue to grow and expand, our Sydney branch is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Internal Sales representative.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service both at the counter and over the phone
- Respond to general enquiries regarding sales and hire
- Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to ensure order accuracy and timeliness
- Manage showroom stock levels and presentation

**Preferred Skills and Experiences**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- General computer literacy, with administrative and written English capabilities
- Previous experience in construction, formwork trade is valued but not essential
