You will be reporting to our Product Administration Manager and supporting the full administration function of the department. If you love to work in a fast-paced team and provide support to enable success then read on.... **Key Responsibilities** - Providing administration support for our Product Development team - Co-ordinate catalogue and other print and online material for the wholesale team - Keeping our production information and specifications up to date through data entry and communicating direction with our factories and DC - Managing all samples - Communicate product information to suppliers and team - Communicating with our overseas suppliers, external suppliers, buyers, marketing, and wholesale customers - Manage and process samples by unpacking, labelling, sorting, and photographing, across brands, where required **About you** - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel - A positive, "can do" attitude, ready to jump into the busy world of footwear - Previous experience in administration, confident communicator on the phone and in person - Organised with excellent attention to detail - Love of fashion and/or footwear and ideally have prior experience in either - You will have some relevant examples of how you have been able to multi-task, prioritise and work in a busy team environment while meeting strict deadlines and working well under pressure **About us** With more than 290+ stores and 2500+ employees nationally and a brand-new state-of-the-art distribution centre, we are Australia's leading retailer and wholesaler of fashion and comfort footwear, owning and operating some of Australia's most iconic brands including Bobux, The Trybe, Midas, Mollini, Cinori, Mathers, Williams, Diana Ferrari, and Australia's largest online footwear retailer, Styletread As a family-owned company, at Munro Footwear Group (MFG) we value our team, our loyal customers, and our dedicated suppliers.
