From first chats to final approvals, you’ll make the process smooth, clear, and genuinely helpful. You’ll work closely with Relationship Managers across Commercial and SME, bringing your lending smarts and people-first mindset to every deal. This is a full-time role based in Sydney or Parramatta, with hybrid working (3 office days) to keep life and work in balance. **What do I need?** You’re someone who knows how to make things happen and make people feel heard.
