**The Position**

Our client is seeking the skills of an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a high performing accounts team, on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity is located in the western suburbs of Brisbane.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- Prepare and ensure that all new customer accounts are set-up in the system;
- Raise invoices and credits to send to clients specifying payment terms;
- Allocating payments;
- Check bank statements for incoming monies and allocate/reconcile against the ledger;

**Skills and Experience**
- Building and maintaining relationships with key business suppliers;
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team;
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
