**About the role**

We are on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated
**Electrical Supervisor **to join our Service Heroes team in
**Melbourne**. This role is a
**full-time** permanent position. Reporting to the General Manager - Service Heroes, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical work and installations ensuring that they meet the required standards.

**Objectives**
- Supervise and manage a small team of apprentices/electricians.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure works are executed according to specifications and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, timeframes, costs, and materials used.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, assisting with problem-solving and troubleshooting as required.

**About you**
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar all-rounder Handyperson role in building maintenance (preferably in strata) but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest
- Comfortable with basic use of technology e.g. Aroflow
- You can professionally deal with clients.
- Ability to work in outdoor and indoor environments with excellent attention to detail.
- Prides themselves on excellent workmanship and getting the job done right the first time ensuring that they exceed the expectations of clients.

- Current White Card
- Current Drivers Licence and motor vehicle.
- Trade qualification.
- Current electrical licence.
