**About the Opportunity**

We're looking for a passionate and self-motivated Electrical Assembly Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Campbellfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to utilise their skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of a growing global organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the mechanical and electrical assembly of automated gate systems and boom gates, typically assembled in small batches.
- Perform control and PLC wiring.
- Commission gate motor mechanisms to ensure proper functionality.
- Develop and maintain work instructions and quality assurance documentation.
- Conduct technical repairs on operating equipment.
- Perform test and tag procedures for on-site electrical equipment.
- Collaborate proactively as a key member of a small, dedicated team.
- Handle some manual tasks related to assembly.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- An A-grade electrical qualification is a must.
- A current forklift license is a plus.
- Familiarity with working in a Quality Assured system is essential.
- A solid understanding of safe work practices and a commitment to working safely at all times.

The potential to take on future leadership roles, including leading teams or overseeing projects, is highly desirable.
