**About the Role**

We’re looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors to play a pivotal role in our exciting solar farm projects in Albury, NSW and Bundaberg, QLD. This is your chance to take charge of the successful installation, testing, and commissioning of complex electrical systems while setting the highest standards for safety and quality. Your leadership will drive a team of up to 70 staff, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery on a grand scale. With a focus on HV cable installations, trenching, and solar systems, this is an opportunity to showcase your expertise and leadership in an innovative industry.

**Location**:FIFO to Bundaberg, QLD or Albury, NSW

**Roster**: 2/1 roster

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of advanced electrical systems.
- Ensure all electrical systems meet the highest standards and comply with safety regulations.
- Oversee the installation of HV cables, trenching, and cable pulling with precision and efficiency.
- Manage and inspire a large team (up to 70 staff), creating a collaborative, motivated work environment.
- Drive timely, on-budget delivery of electrical components, ensuring the smooth progress of projects.

**You’re a natural leader with**:

- Extensive experience in a similar Electrical Supervisor role, ideally in solar farms.
- Expertise in HV cable installations, trenching, and overseeing large electrical installations.
- A passion for motivating your team and driving high performance, ensuring alignment with project goals.
